Marketplace operates a secure wallet-based bidding system where workers use credits to apply for jobs posted by customers, while wallet recharge and payment processing are securely managed through trusted third-party payment gateway providers. The platform is designed to maintain transparency, financial security, and reliable transaction handling for all users using the marketplace ecosystem.
Workers can recharge their wallet balances using supported online payment methods provided through secure payment gateway integrations available on the platform. In most situations, wallet balances and purchased credits are updated instantly after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. However, in rare situations involving delayed payment processing, gateway verification issues, banking network delays, or technical interruptions, users are advised to contact the Marketplace support team with proper transaction details, payment references, screenshots, or recharge confirmation evidence for verification and resolution. Every successful job proposal or bid submission automatically deducts platform credits from the worker wallet balance according to active platform policies. Once a bid or proposal is successfully submitted using wallet credits, the used credits are considered consumed and generally cannot be refunded, reversed, or restored unless a verified platform-side technical issue is detected.
Refund requests or wallet balance adjustments may be considered only under specific eligible situations including duplicate payment transactions, failed wallet recharge processing, payment deduction without credit addition, unauthorized or suspicious transactions, gateway-related technical failures, or verified system errors affecting wallet balances or transaction records. Any disputes related to failed banking transactions, card authorization issues, payment verification problems, chargebacks, or banking delays may require additional review and confirmation from the payment gateway provider or banking institution involved in the transaction. Approved refunds may require approximately 5 to 10 business days to process depending on the selected payment method, banking network, and gateway processing timelines, while approved wallet balance adjustments or manual credit corrections may reflect faster within the user dashboard.
Marketplace actively monitors wallet transactions, recharge activities, bid submissions, chargeback requests, suspicious payment behavior, and refund claims to prevent fraud, financial abuse, fake recharge requests, unauthorized activities, and misuse of the platform payment system. The platform reserves the full right to temporarily suspend, investigate, restrict, or permanently block accounts involved in suspicious financial behavior, fraudulent recharge claims, payment manipulation, or abuse of refund policies during investigation procedures. Users requesting support for wallet issues or refunds should provide their registered account information, payment transaction ID, recharge reference number, screenshot of successful payment confirmation, and a detailed explanation of the issue for faster verification and support assistance.
